Led by Kelye Rouse Brown, who is certified in Wholebeing Positive Psychology (CiWPP) and is a co-founder of the Wholistic Coaching Coalition, you will be in for an enjoyable treat! Kelye’s # 1 strength is positivity and she skillfully blends her natural optimistic energy with the science of positivity to help others thrive and flourish.
This retreat will explore 3 areas:
- Understand the ALL-IN approach and apply it to your heart, mind, body, and spirit
- How to lead with your strengths and practice bouncing back
- How to fill YOUR cup with optimistic habits
