Learn – Level I (workshop)

In this introductory workshop, attendees learned foundational positive psychology elements using the inSPIREd technique with Coach Kelye to grow Spiritually, Physically, Intellectually, Relationally, and Emotionally. They explored mental models about who they are and where they are heading. Onward and upward!

Coach Jane introduced science-based research and tools to clarify how your brain is wired and how to use the Success Switch method to gain momentum and accelerate your ideal life.

Attendees left this workshop with tools to do self-check-ins to purposefully create positive days and successfully navigate whatever life brings.
