What is Life Clutter…and how do we clear it?
Clutter is usually a mess. It gets in our way and may even trip us from time to time. Those of us familiar with clutter know that it can cause stress and anxiety. It prevents us from feeling organized and effective. It can get in the way of feeling focused and mindful.
Many of us cope with clutter by putting on blinders which help us ignore the messes in our lives. Perhaps we don’t have time to address the clutter…or we don’t know how or where to begin.
What would it be like to take the blinders off and learn strategies to keep them off?
At this interactive retreat we will take a wholistic approach to clutter.
You will gently:
- see the visible clutter that you regularly experience in your physical surroundings
- understand any emotions cluttering your heart
- tune into the thoughts that are cluttering your mind
- acknowledge any fears which may be cluttering your spiritual wisdom
You will design and take away a personalized plan to let go of your life clutter.
Together we will clear the clutter to create the spaciousness you need for a more organized, centered, abundant and peaceful lifestyle.
