Be Mindful Evening Retreat- Jul 31 New Date
What comes to mind when you hear the words Mindful Eating? Is it being aware of those fattening donuts in the office or being aware that the wine you love drinking is loaded with sugar?
During this interactive evening retreat, coach Casey Clark will discuss what exactly mindful eating is, the three steps to mindful eating, and the seven skills of a mindful eater. You will:
- complete a mindful eating assessment
- determine the function of your mindless eating
- identify which mindless overeating habits you have
- participate in a guided mindful eating exercise
You will leave this retreat with a better understanding of the way you eat and the benefits of mindful eating. You’ll also be equipped with tools to assist you with your mindful eating journey so that you can live a more balanced life with a body that feels good.
