Lisa is a Certified Life Coach who provides one-on-one and group coaching for women in transition. Her specialty is helping clients reconnect with what they want and consciously moving toward it. Her clients gain clarity and confidence to live a more courageous and fulfilled life while handling the changes they are facing.

Typical themes that Lisa and her clients work on are: parenting, family relationships, discovering one’s passion, financial stresses, balancing family and job, reentering the work world, and caring for aging parents.

Lisa is passionate about learning through experiences, making conscious choices consistent with ones values, and moving to action.
She was formerly a Performance Consultant with the Wilson Learning Corporation working with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Leadership, Sales, and Customer Service. In that job, she facilitated two- and three-day seminars that enabled employees to gain better communication skills, discover their communication style, build more effective working relationships and realize higher productivity while gaining greater satisfaction and fulfillment in their work environments.
Lisa is an active member of the Women’s Business Network, founder of local Job Clubs that help women with reentering the work force, and a Parent Educator with the Parent Encouragement Program in Kensington, MD.

She lives in Ijamsville, MD with her loving husband, Michael, their three happy teenage children, and a black Labrador Retriever.
