Laura Hall is a certified professional coach whose business, Hall Coaching, is dedicated to using the principles of Energy Leadership to affect positive changes in the lives of individuals and small businesses. Laura believes that we all have unlimited potential and hopes to teach as many people as she can how to live a life where they believe this about themselves. Connecting with people, personal growth, and facing your fears are all things that Laura is passionate about.

Laura and her husband Bill have been married for 19 years. They have 2 daughters, ages 15 and 12 who fill their life with fun and excitement. Laura grew up in Frederick County and can’t imagine living anywhere else right now. For fun, Laura enjoys spending time with her friends and family, learning new things – skiing is what she is currently undertaking, and sipping on a good cup of coffee, decaf of course. Not long ago, Laura would have described herself as fearful and anxious. Today, courageous would more aptly describe her and she is working on… FEARLESS!
