Kelye is an executive coach, conference speaker, HR expert, and seminar leader on employee and management training. Through her company, KRB Customized Training Solutions, she specializes in communications and leadership, career coaching, and result driven solutions for hospitality, healthcare and service oriented clients. Kelye impacts and motivates all levels of associates starting out in business to the board room. She leverages her success as a company founder and owner, a president and CEO, a corporate executive, coach, advisor, board member and volunteer. Kelye blends her corporate sensibility and rigor with entrepreneurial vigor to deliver results that increase productivity and profitability.

Prior to launching her training business in 2005, Kelye traveled extensively across North America for Wyndham International to conduct training, oversee special projects, and open small and large hotels. Her experience in the hospitality and training industry began 19 years ago while working for hotels as human resources and training director in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. Kelye is all about the culture of people, with a mission to enhance others’ lives to feel richer and complete. Her motto: “Educate, Motivate, and Cultivate” sum up her approach to drive others to succeed.

She is active with CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers). She has earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communication and public relations and holds many professional certifications, including Executive Coach.

Kelye is married to a wonderful supportive man, Steve, who loves to cook, and they love life with their two pugs, Oliver and Rue. Kelye enjoys connecting with others, food, wine and traveling. One of her favorite travel spots is Red Rock Sedona, Arizona where she says an amazing journey awaits.
