Through her company, Clear Choices Coaching, Carol shares her expertise fostering personal and professional growth. She skillfully guides clients to breakthrough moments where they gain greater insight to themselves and move forward with concrete action steps. Carol honors each client’s unique qualities, gifts, and circumstances. She coaches the whole person through an integrated approach encompassing heart, mind, body and spirit. Her mission is to lead others to greater connection with their own inner wisdom. Making life choices grounded in their core values, her clients experience greater satisfaction, success, and happiness in their lives.

Carol works with adults of all ages wishing to create positive change; focusing especially on women who are ready to reclaim and celebrate their personal strength.  She is particularly gifted at working with entrepreneurial businesswomen and those facing the many changes of mid-life. Faith is a foundational part of Carol’s life and orients her on a daily basis. She meets her clients where they are spiritually and guides them to a clearer understanding of how spirituality can both lift and ground us.

Carol is co-founder of the Wholistic Coaching Coalition and the Wholistic Woman Community. She collaborates with area coaches to host retreats and other events that provide a fun, enriching, and supportive community for women to grow personally and professionally. She is also a dynamic speaker and workshop leader who facilitates energizing connections with small and large groups.

Carol’s certification as a Life and Energy Leadership coach comes from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire in teaching, with a minor in psychology.

Carol is a member of the Middletown Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Network. She worked 26 years in the telecommunications industry and now thrives at being an entrepreneurial businesswoman who creates winning experiences for clients and colleagues.

One of Carol’s most treasured joys is seeing her young adult sons become the incredible men they are while consciously developing her own life and purpose.
